How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping arrives in 3–6 business days and express in 1–2. Local pickup is available at checkout.
Are your perfumes alcohol-free?
Our attars are oil-based and alcohol-free. Eau de parfum formats contain alcohol; each product page states the format clearly.
How do I choose a ring size?
Every ring page lists available sizes and whether the piece is adjustable. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
How do I use a miswak?
Trim about 1 cm of bark, chew the tip until soft bristles form, then brush gently. Re-trim every few days. This is a traditional cleaning tool, not a substitute for dental care.
Can I return an item?
Yes — unopened items can be returned within 30 days. Perfumes and oral-care items must be sealed for hygiene reasons.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every order arrives gift-ready in gold-trimmed packaging, and gift sets include a card option.
Which payment methods will you accept?
Card payments via Stripe, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal where supported. Payment activation is pending store-owner approval.
