Return window
Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Hygiene exceptions
For health and hygiene reasons, opened perfumes, miswak sticks and toothpaste cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged in transit.
How to start a return
Contact customer care with your order reference and the items you wish to return. We will issue return instructions within one business day.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photograph within 7 days and we will replace or refund it in full.
